In recent years, we have seen an emergence of minimalist packaging being introduced with businesses wanting to become more environmentally friendly by reducing their carbon footprint.

Ivory board

Ivory board, also called white cardboard, has high requirements for whiteness.  Ivory board is made of pure wood pulp, the paper is flat and free from harmful substances. It has small stretchability, toughness, and is not easy to break when folded. It suits both food and non-food packaging. In the production of these two processes are the same, but the food grade relative to the production workshop environment requirements, requirements for paper composition higher.

Kraft paper

Kraft paper is produced in the kraft process, which is stronger than that made by other pulping processes. It is a porous paper with high elasticity and high tear resistance, designed for packaging products with high demands for strength and durability. Kraft paper is much stronger, due to its reduced lignin content and high sulfur ratio, especially unbleached kraft paper. Compared with other paper, kraft paper has better pressing elasticity and high flatness, which can significantly improve the pressing quality and increase the yield of products.

Cupstock paper

Our cupstock paper is food grade, eco-friendly paper, suitable for both hot and cold food and beverages. It is sustainable and recyclable. Our high quality cupstock paper has the ability to liquid proof and grease proof, because it's laminated with PE, PP, PLA,PET or Water Base coating solutions. Cupstock paper with high stiffness, good flatness, loose thickness appropriate at the same time also will control the surface roughness, in order to meet the requirements of the paper cup surface fine.
